Now, I turn to February. This was a month I continued to deal with some health issues. Here are the highlights from my gratitude journal that month:
Fresh new sheets of paper.
Words of kindness.
Bacon sizzling.
Wind reminding me of God’s presence.
Drizzles of rain hitting my nose.
Reading until the wee hours.
Being a part of something bigger than myself.
Broken Hallelujahs.
Clients eager to come to my office.
Bedding out of the dryer.
Dog gazing up at snowflakes.
Being drawn into kid’s version of their family
picture.
Knowing that I am more than my mistakes.
